The Fellowship Program begins with an in-person, regional Summit. During the Summit, Community Leader and Lay Leader Fellows will gain practical leadership skills such as communication, adaptability, conflict resolution, collaboration, mobilizing others, and project planning, Fellows will develop a well-rounded skill set applicable to community leadership.

It brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, while sharing similar goals. Networking with peers, mentors, and experts in the field can open doors to valuable insights, connections and collaborations that extend beyond the Fellowship.

After the Summit, Fellows make a personal commitment to continue their leadership journey that deepen and amplify their knowledge of the leadership skills that were introduced at the Summit.

These 60 minute online sessions are facilitated twice a month over 3 months by leadership experts.

The primary Community Leader Fellow from each Partner Organization will have the opportunity to receive five hours of personalized one-on-one coaching to further their impact on the community. Coaches will act as subject matter experts in community engagement and serve as accountability partners to support the implementation of the Fellows' impact plans.


Building on the skills developed at the Fellowship Summit and Online Cohort Sessions, coaching aims to bridge the gap between ideas for community impact and their successful implementation. Coaches will work with Community Leader Fellows, supporting them in developing their communal strategic plan, engaging local stakeholders, and applying their vision to impactful programs.

Jessica Minnen Berkowitz is a writer, ritualist, and liturgist committed to the discipline of delight. Before coming to Momentum, she was a part of the founding team of OneTable where she served as Director of Jewish Learning for seven years.

Jessica is a sought-after educator who has taught for Hillel International, Jewish Federations of North America, the JCC Association of North America, Foundation for Jewish Camp, and Birthright Israel, among others.

Originally from Paducah, Kentucky, she is an alumna of Washington University in St. Louis, the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies, Paideia: The European Institute for Jewish Studies in Sweden, Baltimore Hebrew University, and received her Rabbinical Ordination at the Jewish Theological Seminary. She is a past Fellow of Reboot, the Shalom Hartman Institute’s Women’s Leadership Mission, and the Ruskay Institute for Professional Leadership. Jessica and her family live in Denver, Colorado.

Internationally respected parenting and youth development expert, Deborah Gilboa, MD, is the founder of AskDoctorG.com. Dr. G is an industry- leading speaker, author, social influencer, and media personality. As a television personality, Dr. G gives straightforward advice to bridge the gap between kids and adults. She is a regular on NBC’s TODAY and appears on numerous other local and national television talk shows, including Good Morning America, Fox News, and The Rachael Ray Show. Dr. G speaks the world over, and is an award-winning, board certified family physician. Her four sons range in age from 9 to 15 years old.

Adrienne Gold Davis is the Director of Experience and Engagement for Momentum and is an international Jewish educator. She was a Canadian television personality specializing in fashion, style, and beauty before falling in love with Judaism and making a major career pivot. She spent 15 years as a senior lecturer and community liaison for the Jewish community before joining the Momentum team. Today, she also hosts a top-rated podcast (Rise and Shine with Adrienne Gold Davis). She’s been married for over 30 years and has two adult sons.

Ianna is a Momentum Educator and a professional executive and business coach whose clients include corporate executives and business owners throughout the United States and overseas. As a professional speaker, Ianna has delivered motivational and strategy presentations worldwide to the Organization for Women in International Trade, IE Brown Executive MBA program, and various non-profit groups.

Dana Sender-Mulla received her M.A. in Public and Political Leadership and her B.A. in Liberal Arts from TLV University; she was a Schusterman Fellow, became certified in Jewish Peoplehood teaching for educators at the International School for Jewish Peoplehood Studies, studied Leadership Decision Making at Harvard Kennedy School, Group Facilitation at Gishot and Negotiations at Lahav Executive Education at TAU. Dana is also a co-founder and board member for Zikaron Ba’Salon and One-Day Social Volunteering. She is a Schusterman Fellow, a former member of the Global Shapers Community for the World Economic Forum, and a member of the ROI Community.

Joelle Asaro Berman is a people-lover, a partner, a mother, and a community-builder. She has worked with nonprofits for 18 years, and most recently served as the executive director of Amplifier, an initiative that inspires people to give collectively and intentionally with Jewish values. She now works independently with nonprofits across the Jewish, social justice, and philanthropic sectors, leading racial equity work and organizing people to create/find their civic and political homes. She’s a Senior Schusterman Fellow, lives in Brooklyn, NY, and helps run a community-supported agriculture program in partnership with a local family farm.

Kylie is an organizational consultant with over 20 years' experience in the commercial and non-profit sectors, helping her clients thrive at work.

Kylie founded Workwell in 2021, bringing a unique no-nonsense behavioral science approach to helping clients develop their own individual leadership style, as well as cultivating and enhancing their teams and building their organizations.

She is a compelling and entertaining speaker; an astute and compassionate listener; and a thoughtful strategic partner for your organizational needs.

Kylie has a Bachelor of Arts and Law from Sydney University and a Masters in Organizational Behavior and Development from IDC and has been providing exclusive management consulting services for the past 10 years to international corporations such as Cisco, Intel and Siemens; global non-profits such as JDC and the Schusterman Foundation; and government agencies such as the Israeli Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and the American Embassy.

Jory is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), mentor coach, trainer and group coach, and facilitator. Jory has had the privilege of coaching hundreds of individuals in her private practice and at BetterUp. Additionally, she has trained and mentored hundreds of coaches with FastTrack Coach Academy and is an active ICF Assessor and Mentor. Jory also designs and delivers ICF and NBHWC-certified continuing education courses for coaches. She is passionate about developing skillful and empathetic coaches, leadership, executive and wellbeing coaching, and teaching resilience and stress management skills. Jory's clients include executives and managers across the tech industry, human resource professionals, educators, professors, creatives, professors, stay-at-home parents, and people of all ages and cultures from around the country: India, France, Canada, Mexico, Denmark, Israel, and China. Jory has worked with Fortune 500 companies, including: Google, Facebook, Tesla, Uber, Pinterest, Lyft, Genentech/Roche, AppDynamics, eBay, American Express,
